These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of theBuilt For Life website at builtforlifecoach.com and any coaching services provided by Jack McNamara through Built For Life. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

Services

Built For Life provides online fitness and nutrition coaching for busy professionals. Coaching is delivered remotely through digital platforms, including but not limited to Trainerize, email, and scheduled video calls. The specific scope, duration, and deliverables of coaching are agreed upon individually during the consultation process and are not guaranteed by browsing this website or submitting an application.

Our website is for informational and application purposes. Submitting an application does not create a coaching relationship or obligation on either party until a formal agreement is reached.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to apply for or receive coaching services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Payment and Refunds

Coaching fees, payment schedules, and refund policies are discussed and agreed upon during the consultation call prior to enrolment. Payment is not processed through this website. Any payment terms specific to your coaching package supersede general statements on this website.

Client Responsibilities

As a coaching client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate health and fitness information relevant to your program
• Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions
• Follow program guidance to the best of your ability and communicate openly with your coach
• Notify your coach promptly of any injury, illness, or concern
• Use coaching materials for personal use only and not redistribute them

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, training programs, and nutrition plans — is the property of Built For Life or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for coaching services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to coaching services if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or fail to meet payment obligations as agreed. You may discontinue coaching in accordance with the terms of your individual coaching agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
